Narrative text

Narrative text is a type of text for amusing and entertaining to the reader or listener.
Rhetorical stages of narratives are Orientation(who were in that story, when and where it is happen), Complication(problem of that story, it can be one or more than one), Resolution(Solution of problem in story)
Type of narratives text can be imaginary, factual, or combination of both.
ex: imaginary (the frog and the princess, etc)
ex: factual (Romeo and Juliet .etc)
Language features of narratives text are use of noun phrase(beautiful princess,etc), the use connectives(first, that, before, then, finally, than,etc), the use of adverbials phrases of time and place( in the garden, two days ago,etc), the use of simple past tense( he Played a ball, she came into that place, they entered to another room)
