Announcement is oral or written statement applied for knowing or informing a thing to many people. Another word, it is something said, written, or printed to make know what has happened or (more often) what will happen. Oral announcement, should have minimal: to whom that announcement is usually short and ended by thanks expression. In writing an announcement keep the following points: the title, type of even, date/time, place, contact person (ex: number phone)
